Share with care

• Use only your pseudonym.
• Do not post names, emails, telephone numbers, addresses, private identifiers, or external links.
• Offer encouragement without diagnosing, shaming, manipulating, or claiming to speak for God.
• Do not solicit money, goods, private meetings, or direct contact.

Not allowed

• Threats, hate, harassment, sexual exploitation, child-safety violations, scams, spam, dangerous instructions, or impersonation.
• Unreviewed fundraising or personal-interest volunteer requests.
• Pressuring someone to reconcile, disclose trauma, or remain in an unsafe situation.

Moderation

Posts and replies enter review before publication. Users can report content and block accounts. Moderators may remove content and preserve a limited audit record of privileged actions.

Urgent safety concerns are routed toward real-world help. In the U.S., call or text 988 for crisis support or 911 for immediate danger.
